ORGANIZATIONAL RESTRUCTURING OF THE LIAISON COMMITTEE OF THE VIETNAMESE COMMUNITY IN SINGAPORE FOR Q2/2026 - TOWARDS THE 5TH TERM (2026-2028)

Dear Community Members, Over the past 12 years of establishment and development, the Liaison Committee (LC) has continuously strived to be a cohesive bridge, representing a united and responsible image of the Vietnamese people in the Lion City. Entering the second quarter of 2026, in preparation for the 5th Term Congress (2026-2028), the LC officially announces a new, streamlined, and highly professional organizational model designed to maximize the intellectual and expert strengths of our community. 🎯 STRATEGIC ORIENTATION: In this new phase, the LC will focus on the following core pillars: 🔸 Knowledge Connection & Innovation: Leveraging the strength of the network of Vietnamese experts and intellectuals in Singapore to add depth to community activities. Simultaneously, creating an effective bridge for the exchange of knowledge and resources between Vietnam and Singapore. 🔸 Maintaining Foundational Cohesion: Continuing to invest in and preserve traditional cultural and sporting activities that boast over a decade of history, such as the Hung Vuong Cup Sports Festival and the Mid-Autumn Festival. These "shared assets" serve as a sustainable bonding infrastructure for all segments of our community. 🔸 Integration & Positioning: Accelerating programs that connect the Vietnamese community with Singaporean society through national events and cultural exchanges. The objective is to build the image of a united, professional Vietnamese diaspora and to assert our positive standing in the host country. 🚀 INTRODUCING THE CORE LEADERSHIP TEAM: The LC proudly brings together dedicated, reputable, responsible, and highly qualified professionals from leading organizations to coordinate our Specialised Divisions: 🔹 Science, Technology & Innovation Specialised Division Head: Mr. Le Anh Duc (Expert at Google APAC). 🔹 External Relations & Policy Specialised Division Head: Mr. Ha Son Tung (Expert at A*STAR). 🔹 Culture, Community & Communications Specialised Division Head: Ms. Tran Diem Bao Chau (Expert at Google APAC). 🔹 Education & Career Orientation Specialised Division Head: Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phan (Digital Insurance Management Expert at Chubb APAC). 🔹 Organization, Logistics & Finance Specialised Division Head: Mr. Cao Van Dang (Automation Expert).
