Operational Model
Departments operate independently but coordinate closely through the Executive Board. Each event or project typically involves multiple departments to ensure success.
Example: A cultural event is led by the Culture Department, with support from Operations (logistics), External Affairs (sponsorship), and Communications (promotion).
